In our dynamic group retreats, you'll relax into a new you by immersing yourself inside the Enneagram.

Our retreat experiences are specially designed for no more than 6 people and are based entirely on a group's collective Enneagram typing. This family-style retreat is a whole new type of retreat experience, blending space for group connection, teaching of the Enneagram, individual contemplation and experiential body-based practices. 

We conduct individual typing interviews and intention-setting prior to the retreat.

We teach the Enneagram in a way you can understand your journey through it's wisdom.

We facilitate experiences to heighten awareness with relation to the Enneagram.

Jon is a design coach, consultant and teacher, focused on exploring reality from the inside out using experiential methods grounded in Reiki, Andean energy practices and mystic traditions.

He designs and facilitates change by teaching organizational teams at the brink work in a whole new way. Using the Enneagram in the design of learning experiences, Jon unlocks organizational potential by helping people unlearn how they work - in order to relearn how to solve problems in more creative and abundant ways.

All of our retreats are hosted at Pacha Place, a retreat house designed specifically for small groups between 6 to 8 people. Located just 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City in a 20 acre forest, we've found it to be an intimate and grounded escape, with plenty of green all around. 

Pacha Place was designed as an experiment in the redesign of home, to create a community space that brings people closer together and closer to their essence. The house combines mid century modern architecture, an American Southwest aesthetic, a cabin in the woods vibe and passive solar design practices, to create a truly unique experience. Furnishings sourced from across the globe fuse colorful Indian, Peruvian and Indonesian styles to create the feeling of a mid century modern villa, escaping into another world far away from the cookie cutter suburban landscape.

This retreat is hosted and supported by our partner, Orion Retreats from Mount Shasta, California. Do you ever host your retreats online?

All of our retreats are held in person at this time given the focus on in person connection. We can absolutely discuss a custom online retreat if you desire.

Will food be provided? And what types of food?

We cater all meals on Friday and Saturday except breakfast. We accommodate all dietary needs and welcome you bringing your own snacks too. 

If you cancel 30 days or less before the retreat, we offer a 50% refund with the remaining 50% applied to a future retreat (honoring the price you paid as well).

What about refunds in the event I need to cancel?

We do not offer rooms at the retreat house to stay overnight. Out of town guests can book at the SpringHills Suite 10 min away.

We typically create a private WhatsApp group following each retreat. We also offer a 2 week integration call for the group and private sessions if desired.
